We work alongside you to understand your organisation’s hopes and the implications for future practice. We bring a trauma-informed lens to collaborating with communities centring lived experience and cultural knowledge. We apply research and theory, systems thinking, human-centred design, culturally informed engagement and relational commissioning approaches. We have consulted on a range of complex issues since 2018 including child sexual abuse in communities, sexual assault and harassment in workplaces, and capacity-building programs across the human service sector in Australia and New Zealand.

  • We design collective care frameworks for communities and organisations. Our approach views wellbeing through a collective lens rather than as an individual responsibility. Working with you and your people we identify stressors and apply a systemic approach addressing the interconnections between individual and collective wellbeing. Applying restorative principles this approach builds organisational resilience and fosters a culture of open dialogue supporting safe and inclusive communities.
